Billy

you know the drill, any film after 1963 with a valid notice does not require a renewal but can renew to ensure full protection of copyright any time after 27th calender year until copyright expires which now is 95 years.

but on the other hand if you look closely at copyright renewal claimant

Copyright Claimant: Harris Associates, Inc

this person is a known fraud and to claim and renew works that do not belong to them.

but then again...you are Billy Mays so go do a line of coke and die

Merry x-mas

Ok well if Harris Associates Inc. is fraudulent then it is public domain then as the rightful owner never bothered to register or renew it so they don't have full protection.
